What you'll do
As a product manager in general
As a product manager at Mathem, you will take take on a key role in our product development. You will prioritize the roadmap for your domain, working cross functionally across the organization to make sure the goals are met. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company, getting buy-in and leading strategic projects that will help Mathem succeed. As a product manager with us, you'll be working in agile way to build competitive and best of breed products.
As Assortment Product Manager
As the Assortment PM, you'll be responsible for a top strategic goal at Mathem, namely how we determine what is the best assortment to carry and how we can create an engagement around our assortment with our customer community.
You will dive into the technology to understand our extensive data and customer needs, and help create models, systems and strategies that ensure optimal value for our customers. You will help take Mathem and e-commerce to the next level when it comes to strategic assortment decisions and value-creation - to take us further ahead as the leading online grocery retailer.
Who we're looking for:
Experience:
• 3-5+ years of experience within Product Management and a strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
• Previous experience in leadership
• Experience from a similar PM role where analytics, data and product complexity were key aspects of the role
Skillset:
• Ability to identify relevant KPIs
• Comfortable using a/b testing
• Data driven
• Structured
• Engineering background is a plus
• Machine learning/understanding is a plus
Personal:
• Analytical
• Communicative
• Structured
• Strong operational and user understanding
