Passionate Product Developer for Barilla/Wasa Knäckebröd
Do you hold a degree as a food engineer (or similar), have at least two years experience of innovation and/or product development? Furthermore, would you describe yourself as well structured, innovative and curious on new products and market trends in the food business? Brilliant! We are now, for immediate needs, on the look for a passionate product developer for Barilla/Wasa.
In this role you'll be working as a project manager and/or contributor (depending on projects at hand) along with four other team members aiming to new - or restyled - innovative ideas for global development within crispbread. We expect you to be an active team member within all stages of development, from idea to first industrial scale production. Except the research & development team, you'll also be in contact with the marketing Wasa department in Stockholm as well as celle plant and international teams.
To be successful as a product developer at Barilla/Wasa you hold a degree as a food engineer (or similar), have at least two years experience of product development and have excellent skills in English (skills in Swedish or German are looked upon as a merit). Furthermore you're used to work with computers and administration or documentation. As a person we're looking for a well structured, responsible and innovative candidate who's interested - and curious - in new products and market trends within the food industry. You're detail orientated, thrives with different cultures and have excellent communications skills. You enjoy working both independently, proactively and possess a strong drive for improvement in your processes.
