About the job
On our journey to create the future of logistics for small businesses, you will play an important role within Product Development from identifying and defining customer problems through iterating on solutions to continuously improve the end-to-end user experience. You will work in one or multiple product teams, closely together with PMs and engineers to create value for the user all throughout their life cycle.
You will:
• Work tightly with the product manager, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to discover, explore and define customer problems and work with generating thoughtful solutions
• Work towards becoming the expert in our customers and use it as the foundation for user-centered design work.
• Integrate customer insights/user research into our Product Discovery work
• Drive the user experience throughout the product development cycle
• Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended
• Use accessibility standards as input for your design work
• Plan and prioritize design debt together with other designers and product teams
• Contribute to updating our design system in collaboration with designers and developers
• Use tools such as Figma, Slack, JIRA, Notion, and Sendify's Design System.
What we're looking for
In order to succeed in this role we believe you:
• Have at least a couple of years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on User experience
• Have experience managing end-to-end product delivery
• Have experience in working with, or creating, design systems
• Have strong interaction design/system design skills
• Have great communication skills
• Have experience working within product teams with close collaboration with PMs.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English
It's a bonus if you:
• Are fluent in Swedish or/and German
• Have founded or been employed in a product startup or scaleup previously
