Job Description
Your role and impact:
• You will drive design all the way from research and early exploration to shipped products, features, and enhancements.
• You will have the chance to start up brand new healthcare apps as well as iterate on and optimize existing ones, all built on top of our platform.
• You will also have the chance to focus on either the patient facing or the medical staff facing apps and interfaces.
• You will explore new ideas and make them tangible through modelling, prototyping and visualization.
• You will become part of building and shaping the design culture and competence at Doktor.se.
Qualifications and personal qualities
• Has experience in creating mobile apps and/or web-based interfaces in multi-disciplinary teams with a human-centered approach.
• Knows when and how to include others in the design process, whether through workshops, design critiques or just informally bouncing ideas on a whiteboard.
• Is skilled in communicating concepts and ideas through prototypes, user flows, wireframes, or whatever is needed to get the message through.
• Has experience in producing development-ready designs for mobile apps and/or web-based interfaces in Figma or an equivalent design tool (we currently use Figma).
• Has experience in conducting user interviews, stakeholder workshops and doing user testing.
• Has experience in applying design systems.
• Is fluent in English and Swedish.
• Has a portfolio of relevant work to share with us.
Bonus skills
We really don't expect you to master all of these, but having one or two might come handy in our team
• Experience designing for medtech applications or other complex systems involving multiple user groups.
• Experience in designing digi-physical experiences.
• Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusiveness.
• Skilled in creating UI iconography and UI animation.
• Skilled in UX writing.
• Experience in setting up design processes and operations for the whole team and organization.
• Experience in multi-brand design systems.

Additional Information
Start: As soon as possible, regarding any notice period
Type of role: Full-time, until further notice, with an initial probation period
Place: Office at Sveavägen 63, Stockholm a (minimum 50 % from office)
