What will you do?
The Process Technology Engineer position is responsible for working as part of the Process Technology and Engineering team to develop, deploy and maintain all of the Technology & Engineering standards, along with Best Practice knowledge & expertise.
In this role, you'll be a key player, guiding medium to complex process investment projects and collaborating with our Process Technology Manager to drive innovation and optimize project delivery. You'll provide essential support to Technology Performance Teams, develop Best Practice guides, and act as a Ranger ambassador, enhancing project scoping and delivery.
Additionally, you'll engage stakeholders to create and refine operations standards, ensuring continuous improvement. The role also includes:
Provide technology expertise to strategically important quality problems and/or new product introductions
Partner with procurement function and key suppliers to benefit from economies of scale, work on establishing common equipment standards/specifications
Support scoping, piloting and development of innovative technology or equipment solutions, including on-site support where appropriate

You will be placed on our site either in Malmö, Sweden or in Felling, UK. You will report directly to Head of Process Technology & Engineering based in UK.

Who you are?
We're looking for someone who brings a warm, collaborative approach to coaching and influencing within a matrix organization. You have a passion for continuous improvement and a data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills that help you thrive while juggling multiple projects across varying timelines. Your curiosity and drive to deepen your expertise in specialized process technology inspire you to push boundaries and improve manufacturing performance. You're a natural leader, unafraid to challenge the status quo and embrace change, especially during challenging times. Experience in an international environment would be a great asset, bringing a broader perspective to your work. In addition, there are a few more key traits we value in the ideal candidate:
Technical university degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering
> 5 years of experience in manufacturing (process technology, project management, maintenance/engineering & operations management), ideally with paint or coatings manufacturing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Excellent problem solving and risk management skills
