The role
The role as Process Technician in production includes the following:
Get trained and maintain knowledge in the different manufacturing processes for our various products.
Executing all steps in manufacturing processes incl chemical processing, packaging and labelling, strictly following our quality and safety instructions.
Cleaning of equipment prior to use and after manufacturing.
Be equipment owner for specific equipment in manufacturing and for that equipment setup preventive maintenance plan.
Ensure that equipment is maintained and calibrated according to preventive maintenance plan.
Take the lead for the overall preventive maintenance plan for the company and ensure that plans are set up and executed.
Qualifications
Experience with working as a process technician within life science.
Experience with large scale production, especially chemical synthesis.
Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration.
Good documentation practice and experience from working with GMP and/or ISO9001.
Experience from working in an environment with high focus on safety incl EX classified areas.
Knowledgeable in English in speech and in writing. Knowledgeable in Swedish is favorable.
