Your role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Owner for Contingent Workforce Management to lead and optimise the end-to-end process for managing contingent labour at Saab Group. This strategic and operational role sits at the intersection of HR, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Security. As we implement a Vendor Management System (VMS), your role will be pivotal in ensuring the process is harmonised, scalable, and compliant across all functions. You will have a clear mandate to define, drive, and continuously improve the process, while also acting as a key change leader across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and govern the contingent workforce process from requisition to offboarding
* Define, document, and maintain process standards and workflows
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Procurement, Security, Finance, and IT
* Lead process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, including VMS implementation
* Monitor KPIs and ensure process efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation
* Act as the single point of contact for all matters related to contingent workforce processes
* Deliver training and communication to stakeholders to drive adoption and compliance
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience

Your profile
We are looking for someone with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You're a collaborative team player who easily engages others and builds trust across the organisation. With a clear and inclusive way of working, you lead work forward, bring structure to complex processes and help shape effective ways of working.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in workforce management, procurement operations, HR, or a related field
* Proven experience leading or managing cross-functional processes in a complex organisation
* Familiarity with contingent labour regulations and internal controls
* Experience with Vendor Management Systems
* Fluent communicator in both spoken and written English and Swedish
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
