Who you are
Who you areYou want to work with improving and developing the Make processes within an international and cross-cultural environment, working in line with Alfa Laval drivers; Action, Interaction, Satisfaction. You like to question the existing ways of working and create change by motivating and engaging others. You have an analytical and solution oriented approach and are good at creating great teamwork and results with your colleagues. You possess a deep understanding of how an ERP system supports the Make processes in a factory.
Key strategic initiativeEndeavour is one of Alfa Laval Operations' global strategic initiatives with the target of standardizing our supply chain processes. This will be done via the world-class platform Microsoft Dynamics AX. Endeavour will lift Operations' combined efficiency and lay the foundation for future developments, all for the benefit of our customers.Endeavour is right now in a very interesting phase where we will increase the speed of the roll-out!About the jobYou will be part of a high performing team of 7 people (Process Managers for different areas). Your focus is to develop, document and implement global Make processes to improve performance within Alfa Laval globally. You will also govern Make processes together with the Global Process Owner (from Operations Global Management team) and work in initiatives to integrate Make processes to the future Industry 4.0 opportunities.In addition, you will hold workshops, coach and train others when implementing Make processes. You will also support roll-out projects with competence and train key users. This is a global role and travel is expected to about 30-50 days annually.
What you knowYou have a Master's degree or equivalent probably in Engineering or Business Administration and some years' experience from working with supply chain processes like order handling, purchasing, planning or similar. With this experience you have a solid experience and understanding of how an ERP system supports the Make processes and how to improve these processes. You will also have an understanding of the link between Product Models/Structures and a Manufacturing ERP system.You have a passion for and are experienced in improving the Make processes.It's an advantage if you have experience of Lean & Six Sigma and have project management experience. Working with Microsoft Dynamics AX is of course an important element in your profile.
