About the job
In the Digital Service Experience, we support everyone in Alfa Laval to embrace Digital Technologies and Service as an integrated part of the business. By that, we enable qualitative data-driven decisions in a seamless digital environment to create a superior user experience. You will be part of a team of 5 passionate people.
In this role, you will be a part of an exciting digital service experience journey that Alfa Laval is currently in. You will work closely with our value streams in an agile working environment, central business stakeholders, as well as the sales companies across the globe. Together with them, you will enable the business globally to harvest the benefit of our Installed Base of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE), an essential product in Alfa Laval's sustainability journey, with one of the largest Installed Base in Alfa Laval. For that you will
• translate business needs into actionable epics & features with clear business value & ensure successful business implementation
• you will conduct training of users, as well as follow-up implementations to ensure "fit for purpose" and validate that business objectives were met
• support the business to harvest the potential of the Installed Base and support them in data-driven sales
• be responsible for a large Installed Base of GPHEs and ensuring all relevant information is available throughout its lifetime, from the first configuration, order, production, operation on site, maintenance until the end of the life of the GPHE to support the business
• drive standardization of data related to product instances ensuring sustainable processes
• define, implement and follow up data entry processes regarding sold units for GPHEs and take responsibility for driving process improvements
• identify data quality improvements by working with data analytics & implement improvements in collaboration with the value streams and sales companies
Who you are
You are customer focused, structured and quality minded person who has a can-do mindset. You are passionate about the value of data for the digitalization journey and can see both, the whole picture as well as the details to succeed with your priorities. High integrity in combination with a good team spirit reflects your personality and gives you the ability to build trustful relationships throughout a large matrix organization which enables you to drive change effectively. As a data literate person, you feel comfortable working with large data and system landscapes.
What you know
We expect you to bring some years of experience from a data driven commercial role and with relevant experience in working in an agile or transformational environment. Preferably you have been working with Process Improvements, Data Analysis, Data Driven Sales and Marketing or related topics. Alternatively, a background in Operations Development or Controlling is also of high value. You have worked with change management and with its communication. Programming knowledge is a bonus, sales experience is good to have. You have a graduate degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or equivalent. Fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.
