At Sandvik Group IT, we're now looking for a proactive Process Manager to join our Global IT Process team. This is a key role in driving improvements across all processes - using data and insights to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance and alignment with business goals. Welcome!
About your job
In this position, you drive business improvements using data and insights to measure effectiveness and communicate changes for a successful adaptation. You're responsible for implementing processes effectively, identifying and suggesting improvements and tracking key results. You facilitate training, provide guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency. Additionally, you track progress on process objectives and key results through reporting and analysis, acting as a bridge between business and IT for process-related needs.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in relevant operational process forum and external audits.
Review and resolve process issues.
Escalate process expectations to Process Owner.
Provide operational support to different stakeholders.
Train and manage resources working in the process.
Act as operational link for suppliers in accordance with their contracts.
The location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with experience of ServiceNow as an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Your expertise in using KPIs and OKRs to measure process performance enables you to make data-driven decisions. You have an ITIL Foundation certification and an understanding of ITSM principles. It's beneficial if you have work experience in Learning Management Systems, further enhancing your expertise. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You're proactive and take initiatives to identify and implement opportunities for development. You drive efficiency with a proven ability to align process strategy with day-to-day operations. Your strong coordination and communication skills enable you to effectively engage stakeholders, ensuring successful process adoption. With a focus on change management, you support and guide teams through transitions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
