hela Sverige We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. You'll have the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, scientists, developers and more to pave the way for the next big leap in the energy industry through our battery energy storage and optimization systems.
Location: Polarium HQ in Stockholm and Solna
Position: Permanent, full-time
Responsibilities:
• Production process responsible
• Drive production process related issues
• Driver of Process Failure modes and effects analysis (P-FMEA)
• Drive improvements in production, reducing costs and risks
• Drive for continuous improvements in Production, including improved work environment and increased operational efficiency
• Functional support to Production
• Personel competence assessment
• Training of operators
• Consultation with NPI & QA functions for continuous improvement objectives
Qualifications and experience:
• 3-5 years quality & production engineering in production, experience of multi-discipline electronics equipment
• BS or BA degree in job related field or equivalent work experience
• Structured and analytical approach to delivering quality
• Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives as well as lead a team.
• Willing to travel
• Understanding of organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professional ethics.
• Ability to define, establish and monitor quality control systems
• Recent experience with SPC, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.
• Excellent experience using application specific software systems
• English language in conversation and writing is a must
• Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit
• EHS knowledge is a merit
