What You 'll Do
As a Engineer within our Industrial Engineering Team you will be working with automated machines and processes within the area of Wedge (Wire) and Die Bonding in our production plant in Vårgårda.
Your role will be to identify and implement improvements and developments for existing and future machine platforms to achieve, and secure, world class production reaching above targets within Automotive industry.
You will be working closely together with our Production Teams to analyze and improve current performance indicators from an Engineering perspective and also cooperate close to our development team for future product implementations and process developments. You will by time have close contact with our international suppliers to collaborate for improvements and implementations to existing and new production equipment.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Experience in Wedge Bonding and Aoi (Automatic Optical inspection for Wedge Bond)
• Experience in Die Bonding
• Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience high volume production and Industrialization
• An open mind-set to work with a mix of hands-on and analysis work.

Education
• University degree or equivalent experience within Engineering / Production
