By working closely with department stores and head office, you run your process and project work for Media Markt Swedish organization.
You support the organization in the development of project materials and establish a project structure, thereby increasing understanding of the project in the organization. You support the headquarters by participating in projects or act as project manager. You work with the impleImplementera and training in business processes. You work systematically with definering, documentation and improvement of work processes and procedures.
The service includes full-time and you will be stationed in Stocksund on our Swedish headquarters.
You will work with our Acting Head of Organization Department
Your profile:
You have post-secondary education, preferably in project management and / or economy
Experience of working in retail is an advantage
You have experience in project management
You have experience of change and process work in a large organization
You have experience in creating and documenting processes
Very good knowledge in English is a requirement
You are a good communicator and teacher and can implement changes across the business in a good way
You have the ability to work structured in a changing and dynamic environment
You have a very good ability to collaborate with colleagues both in stores, at headquarters and internationally at all levels
You like to work independently and consultative
You have the opportunity to travel in service to our stores in Sweden
