hela Sverige We are now searching for more skilled people in the role as Pre-sales specialist. Together with our experienced sales organization, pre-sales create tailor-made proposals to new and existing customers in the European market.
The role as pre-sales specialist at Consafe Logistics is interesting and challenging, no day is like the other. As member of this team you will visit many different types of companies and meet interesting people from all levels within those organizations.
Besides supporting the whole organization with your technical and logistic knowledge, you perform pre-sales activities and build complete responses to customer RFIs and RFPs. Pre-sales is our face to the market and we work closely with the marketing and product management functions.
Pre-sales handle customer requests (RFI/RFQ/RFP), support and visit customer references. The role also includes analyzing and suggesting the best solution, create presentations, perform sales and marketing support. As pre-sales specialist you are well informed about our products, competitors and other supply chain solutions. You will often interact with internal experts.
You are responsible for creating high quality presentations and documents, to support throughout the sales process and to keep the demo environment on a modern level, as well as to suggest/implement new improvements. You constantly work to streamline the sales/pre-sales processes and inform the organization about market trends and new opportunities.
Your profile
We think that you have high knowledge in Warehouse Management System, WMS, a high interest/knowledge and overall knowhow in logistics and IT. You strive for collaboration and have a great business focus. Your technical, communication and presentation skills are excellent and so is your knowledge in Microsoft Office. You have very good knowledge in Swedish and English both verbal and in writing.
You enjoy working in a flexible and fast environment, with high demands on your ability to adapt and innovate.
You have previously worked with WMS in different ways or with pre-sales activities for a similar system.
The position is placed at our head office in Lund. Travelling is a natural part of the job, both within and outside of Sweden.
