You are a highly strategic and analytical person with strong knowledge of using insights to formulate communication plans and with experience developing and leading communication campaigns. You know how to secure communication outcomes related to reaching business goals and how to analyse and influence the result.
For the past 7 years you have worked in media relations, corporate and commercial PR in an international environment both in agencies and inhouse, and during this time you have gained rich experience in developing and brining to life PR strategies.
You demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership skills, by using sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions and comfortably support and influence senior business leaders and colleagues with the business goals in focus. You bring knowledge of how to leverage data science and analytics as well as communication performance measurement tools to perform analyses and gain actionable insights for business decision making and able to evaluate the communication initiatives.
Additionally, you have:
• Up-to-date knowledge of media landscape (including the latest trends in social media), activation and measurements.
• Knowledge of the area commercial and corporate PR and Media Relations
• Solid experience with crisis communication
• Passion towards communication and its ability to be a business driver
• Affinity with creating engaging communication and working with media relations and stakeholder management
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As the PR Leader at Ingka Centres you will lead and drive effective and engaging PR and communication, supporting Ingka Centres' business agenda and contributing to the positioning of Ingka Centres and our brands in people's hearts and minds.
You will lead development and implementation of PR strategy and plans (commercial and corporate), in alignment with the global communication plan, commercial calendar, and in collaboration with Commercial & Digital Domain and Meeting place teams. You will be part of Ingka Centres global press office, take part in the duty media relations rota and contribute to the development and delivery of Ingka Centres Media Relations agenda.
A PR Leader at Ingka Centres empowers our leaders to be inspiring communicators - identify, train and support spokespersons and, together with Co-worker communication team, develop and execute pro-active engagement plans for key spokespeople. You will collaborate with Ingka Group global press-office, especially with global Media-on-duty team and will develop and strengthen Ingka Centres' communication preparedness for reputational issues, risks and crisis.
Amongst other things you will:
• Lead and drive ideation, activation and execution across earned media for commercial campaigns to maximize commercial impact and drive business results, in close collaboration with the Marketing team and Meeting places
• Monitor and analyse media to measure results as well as identify proactive opportunities and potential risk issues related to Ingka Centres, its brands and concepts
• Provide active day-to-day support and direction for Meeting places around PR and Communication, with support from Communication Business Partners and the Media Relations team
• Work actively across communication priorities to support a 360-communication agenda
In this role you will report to our Media Relations and Public Affairs Manager, and be based in either Malmo in Sweden, Madrid in Spain or Warsaw in Poland.
