Are you passionate about the power of data and how it impacts business success? Do you enjoy turning data into actionable insights? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you!
We are now looking for an experienced
Portfolio Analytics Manager to Husqvarna Construction
About the role:
As the Portfolio Analytics Manager for Husqvarna Construction, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven improvements to increase the attractiveness and profitability of our offering .
This transformational role requires thorough understanding of our customers, our business and the willingness to boldly scrutinize the way our portfolio looks today - with the ambition to take an active part in shaping the portfolio of tomorrow.
This is a strategic role but we expect you also to focus on short-term improvements, capturing low-hanging fruits to e.g. improve margins, portfolio tail-cutting, help driving inventory reduction initiatives etc.
In this role, you will need to compile, review and analyze data from various systems and sources. That includes financial modelling and forecasting, scenario and business planning in relation to portfolio complexity, profitability and working capital position.
The key will be to draw the correct conclusions, derive concrete action plans together with Product Management and get the buy in from key stakeholders in the division. To hands-on lead and follow-up on the implementation of these activities and measure their success is a big part of this role.
You will play an active part in driving overarching portfolio discussions across the product groups (e.g. in the area of connectivity, autonomous and battery) to help define our holistic product roadmap for the coming years.
Location
This position is primary based in Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg but can also be located at another Husqvarna site. Within Husqvarna, we apply a hybrid work model with up to 50% remote.
Development
At Husqvarna Construction, you'll find an international, inclusive, and diverse environment with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. We believe our differences are our strengths, and we live a culture based on three pillars: We're Bold, We're Dedicated, and We Care
About You
To thrive in this role, you likely have a background in Management Consulting, Product Management, Controlling, Business Development, Market Research, or a related field.
You bring strong analytical capabilities and move with ease across various data systems. Formulating hypotheses and validating them with extensive data comes naturally to you-just as easily as uncovering insights and identifying weak links through investigative work in our systems.
You are proactive and results-oriented, driving projects and processes forward with efficiency and a positive attitude.
While you're confident working independently, you're also a strong team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and all levels of the organization.
Communicating complex topics in a clear and compelling way is one of your strengths. You excel at creating intuitive visualizations that make insights accessible to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
You're not afraid to tackle difficult conversations-especially when balancing conflicting interests-and you always keep the customer and the company's long-term goals as your guiding principles.
Key Skills
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record in strategy development and implementation planning
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound, data-driven decisions
Strategic thinker who connects day-to-day work with broader business objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels
