PURPOSE OF JOB
Planning System Solution Expert within Process and projects– to work continuously and proactively with system support activities and system improvements in our Oriflame planning system (JDA) to achieve world class operations. Furthermore to manage the long term system architecture with Group IT to proactively drive the establishment of a optimized planning system
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously and proactively work with business/process/system improvements to achieve world class Supply Chain processes and systems
Support the process and systems alignment activities towards the Supply organisation (mainly Planning)
Own and manage the system roadmap for the planning system and be coordinator for all improvements in the system
Support ongoing improvement projects and also future projects with systems knowledge and advice
Coordinate and improve the integration and interface with Oriflame IT department as well as the Business processes
Improve system awareness through training and documented working instructions – together with the IT organisation
Act as a Super user for the Super users of the business operations, manage the issue resolution process and respond to day to day questions from people
TASKS
Identify and drive system related improvements together with the Process and projects team as well as with the Planning department.
Initiate, drive and deliver projects related to system related improvements
Contribute and actively take part in other projects and programs regarding Planning system (JDA) related issues
Verbally and in writing formulate and specify IT demands in terms of functional specifications
Manage and drive interaction with Oriflame Group IT to assure delivery of IT demands according to specifications
Support creation of functional specifications and assess the feasibility to deliver the functionality in line with the systems roadmap
Manage the systems roadmap for the Planning (JDA) system
QUALIFICATIONS
Supply Chain background is preferred with a good overall process understanding
Supply planning or ERP system user experience is preferred
Experiences in Problem based solving methods and some Project management experience are expected
Good English verbal and in writing
Education – Bachelor or Master degree
COMPETENCIES / CHARACTERISTICS
Like challenging environments and troubleshooting with focus on the solution
Open minded result and delivery oriented team player that take strong ownership for assigned activities
Self-propelled with the ability to drive activities independent – identifying and setting own priorities
Supply Chain background or experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
Genuine interest in IT systems
