We are currently looking for someone great to join their marketing team to be responsible for expanding, managing and optimizing their performance marketing efforts (main channels currently are Facebook & Google). You should be analytical and get excited about the idea of constantly optimizing their marketing efforts, reaching the lowest possible Cost Per Activation (with ROI) using Unit Economics to analyze ad performance as well as user behavior.

You will work with diverse target groups - ranging from Management Consultants to Kindergarten teachers to CEOs. Their audience is a global one, a challenge we hope you will love!

Responsibilities:
• Together with their Marketing Director create a plan to increase their growth via Performance Marketing
• On a daily basis manage and optimize their paid online presence, including SEM, across all markets they operate within
• Manage their paid channels (Facebook, Google)
• Analysis of user behavior that will be turned into concepts of how to optimize viral effects via Performance Marketing and find new ways for our customer to grow
• Together with their Content Marketing Manager decide on tactics for content distribution in paid channels
• Together with their Marketing Automation Manager create a streamlined flow of the audiences to target at which time and in which channel
• Lead the distribution of feature hard-launches & campaigns in paid channels
• Together with their Business Performance Director build out and update frameworks to evaluate the impact of Performance Marketing

Requirements for the role:
• 1-3 years experience in marketing with at least 1-year hands-on experience from Performance Marketing specifically
• Strong academic background
• Strong analytical skill-set
• Deep knowledge from working with Performance Marketing via Facebook Ads Manager as well as the Google Marketing Platform (both AdWords and display ads).
• Deep knowledge of the relationship between tracking/data of user behavior and Performance Marketing
• Deep knowledge in Google Analytics and reporting
• Experience from a/b test setup and analysis
• Knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimisation
• Place of work in Stockholm, and our customer can support re-location within EU

Bonus points for:
• Experience from working with Performance Marketing for B2B2C products (Slack and Dropbox as examples) across several markets
• Worked in industries where performance marketing is core to the business (i.e Gaming or E-commerce)
• Experience from working with advanced retargeting setups and flows and knows how to align this with e.g. email-marketing
• Knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel
• Experience with Programmatic/RTB platforms

Not required:
• You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the team currently boasts 18 different nationalities!)
