Join Stena Line as a People Product Delivery Specialist and become an integral part of our digital journey! Your role will involve driving agile product development and ensuring maximum business value. You'll be a part of our People Digital team, working closely with your colleagues to implement new capabilities aligned with our product vision and contribute to our People Digital Road Map

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of our product roadmap, from configuration and implementation to release and troubleshooting.
- Play a key role in our People Digital Road Map.
- Manage escalations and mitigate risks to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Collaborate with our system suppliers to drive ongoing developments and bug fixes.
- Negotiate stakeholder expectations to guarantee successful product delivery.
- Identify efficiency improvements in system implementation.
- Lead user engagement and training initiatives as part of our implementation plan.
- Take a proactive approach in 90-day and 12-month planning dialogues, advocating for stakeholder needs.
- Work with backlog items to deliver value aligned with our People and People IT strategy.
- Participate in sprint meetings using agile planning tools.

Qualifications:
- Background in Business, Data Science or HR
- Proven experience within a digital transforming-orientated role
- Experience in leading innovation initiatives/projects and driving solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of People Processes
