The position
We are looking for a Development Manager to lead the teams working with our main product COSMIC, which is the most used electronic health record system (EHR) in Sweden. Cambio COSMIC provides cohesive and patient-focused operational support, while ensuring that important patient information is readily available.
You will be the manager for teams consisting of developers, testers and business analysts located in Linköping and Stockholm. You will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance reviews etc. Together with other managers, you will be responsible for setting targets, goals and ensure deliveries from the department. You will hire, onboard and support the growing teams by removing impediments, creating structure and coaching both teams and individuals.

About you
We believe that you have previous leadership experience from tech organisations. You have an agile mindset and are passionate about coaching and developing people. You have excellent communication skills, describe yourself as a team player and build trust by delivering on your promises.
Requirements
• Proven leadership within a Software Development context
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Bachelor degree in Computer science or similar
It's a bonus if you have
• Previous experience from personnel management
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Experience of working in distributed teams
Place of employment: Stockholm and Linköping

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
