As our HR & Payroll Specialist you will hold a key position in our HR team. Traditional payroll for ~150 employees, yearly salary review, car policy, pensions, and other similar topics will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely together with your HR colleagues, and have a lot of freedom in how you go about your work, setting your own priorities and improving our processes. There will also be opportunities to take part in global projects and initiatives, where you can take a leading role in regard to your areas.
Main activities and responsibilities
Manage all payroll, benefits and travel expenses for FlexLink Sweden
Answering staff queries about timesheets or pay slips
Manage pensions and insurances
Manage our company cars
Drive salary review work
Who are you?
Relevant education
Minimum 4 years' experience from Payroll and HR related work
Good knowledge of Swedish payroll law & labor law
Comfortable with spoken and written English, which is our Group language
Experience in Agda PS is a plus
