We oversee all commercial activities for Volvo Car Group around the world, including marketing communication, customer interaction, sales and service. Are you passionate about people and marketing? The group Workshop Information Interior is included in the section Workshop & Owners Information whose mission is to produce and develop all information (including special tools) used in workshops that repair and service Volvo Cars. Examples of types of information are parts information, wiring diagram, repair methods, diagnostic information, software packages and owner's information. We are now looking for a Parts Editor that wants to be a part of our great team.
Main responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and produce Parts information that pedagogically presents the spare part range
• To take an active part in the development of Customer Service information strategy and by that secure correct Parts Information
• To report deviations that affect quality and/or time to Team leader
• To verify/update chassis information in the Parts Information
• To perform random verification of the information in VIDA draft
• If necessary participate in cross functional design meetings
• To participate in process development
• Internal and external assortment support for spare part range
Required qualifications
• Upper secondary education
• Mastering Swedish and English both oral and written
• Experience in technical documentation
• Be able to quickly see and correct errors in technical documents
• Interest in technology in general, and vehicle technology in particular
• Experience from parts catalog design and production, preferably within the automotive industry is meritorious

• Customer oriented and ability to work effectively as part of an editorial and engineering team in a mix of cultures
