Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 400 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is "fast moving consumer goods". In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/easten Europe
What You Will Do
Drive capability development, train and coach leaders in the HMEx tools, and assess these via health checks
Ensure capability development roadmaps and skills matrices for new operators, young engineers, trainees and continuous learning paths for all other personnel are in place, used and activities documented
Transfer Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement (CI) and Six-Sigma knowledge to the organisation and support people in the application of the knowledge in projects and SGAs.
Support HR in Building and maintaining good relationships with schools and universities, organize lectures, presence in university employers markets, tours and case studies in the factory and support line management in functional coaching of apprentices, trainees and other young engineers.
Communicate updates in central material to the organization and update links in skills matrices.
Who You Are
University degree within Engineering or experience for technical processes
Experience from Process Manufacturing
Deeper technology understanding of Personal Care converting and packing processes is a strong asset.
Strong interest in people development and coaching.
Previous management experience
Open communicator; initiating new contacts inside and outside the company. Can engage and motivate line operators and also able to spend significant time on the shopfloor coaching when necessary.
Team player; can handle ambiguity and challenging assignments
