Your role and responsibilities
You will be responsible for transitioning and teaching the internal and external Global Partner Business Community on how to use ABB eCommerce tools with the end goal of standardization and centralization of said tools around the world. You will also be a part of the order handling team in Scandinavia,
companion the process from local to centralized order handling and finally to a fully eCommerce-based process. Be directly responsible for tracking and making sure the tools are used once enabled. Works closely with and assists the Global eCommerce team to achieve target levels of enrolled coun-tries, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Processes incoming orders and manages all aspects of the order fulfillment process to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Acts as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensures the resolution of customer issues.
Aids in new Business Development Opportunities for the Channel Partner Business related to your responsibilities.
Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in the assigned area.
Supports to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the eCommerce or-der process.
Facilitate training, adoption, and support the order handling teams to effectively transition to eCommerce processes.
Implement and maintain a training platform with webinars, recordings, manuals and an up-to-date training agenda.
Inform the Channel Partner Business Community when changes in the tools occur.
Supports achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
Communicate customer feedback, progress, timelines, and deliverables to key project stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role
Vast experience in order handling & fulfillment.
Extensive knowledge in relevant systems & tools (BOL, SAP, Salesforce, SoFa, Wizard etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
Previous teaching experience of systems and/or processes.
Customer Satisfaction focus.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve even during high workload periods.
Familiarity and experience with Process Automation Solutions offerings.
Familiarity and experience with Indirect Sales through 3rd party channels.
Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
Infrequent travel may be required.
