hela Sverige Job Title: Order Management Specialist BA / function: SVS Customer Logistics, Order Management Reports to: Manager, Order Management Location: Sollentuna, Sweden JOB STATEMENTResponsible for maintaining proper flow and maintence of orders going through Metso Principal Company. Must adhere to principal company structure and process to properly assign supply chain as well as communication between purchasing and order execution.During Principal Company project roll-out, this position will be working as a lead to their respective principal company assisting with process documentation and training.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE· Minimum of 5+ years' relevant work experience in sales support, supply chain, purchasing or order desk.· Must be extremely detail oriented.· Degree in Business or Engineering preferred..· Experience in SAP ERP.· Global Supply Chain Management a plus.· Related degree, certification and technical abilities.· Experience working in the mining, engineering or construction related industry. · Experience with Metso products.· Understanding of Metso customer logistics network.· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.· Strong familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated system (SAP)· Valid passport for international travel and driver's license for local travel must be maintained.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES· Supply chain determinations for orders flow within principal company.· Change management processing for all orders.· Adhere to lean processes and KPI requirements set by the Manager of Order Management.· Communication between purchasing, availability management and order execution.· IDOC discrepency communication and processing.SKILLS AND ABILITIES· Capability to articulate and communicate topics within the area of expertise.· Understanding of customer, competitor and supplier development, trends and technologies.· A high level of computer skills is essential - Excel, Word and Power Point.· Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines. · Language skills (written, listening and oral): English (mandatory).
