The offer
As Optimization Data Analyst, you'll you will team up with highly specialized people and collaborate with both business and IT. With a genuine curiosity, you will take ownership of building high quality solutions, and by utilizing your technical skills and business understanding you establish strong communication with your stakeholders. In the TM Solution team, we are responsible for improving Nordea's automated transactions monitoring solutions and the processes around them. It is our strong belief that organizations have a vital responsibility towards the society's well-being and we strive to be a global leader within the field, and stay ahead of the game, by ensuring that compliance regulations are met.
Transaction Monitoring team as Optimization Data analyst you have a challenging and exciting job ahead of you. In this role, you will work towards both business and IT in identifying, analyzing and defining solutions for scenario optimizations and solution improvements.
What you'll be doing:
• Analysis and identification of optimization possibilities for implemented scenarios
• Identifying and driving improvements of the current Financial Anticrime platform and processing support tools
• Management of data quality, mappings, and sourcing
• Supporting incident handling as a process specialist
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in AML/CTF and the regulatory environment.

Your background:
• Couple of years of relevant work experience, IT or investigation related work
• A Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, Business/Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics, Data analysis
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English
• Advanced skills in Excel
• SQL intermediate level
• VBA basic / intermediate level
