For our Service Operations department in Sweden, Finland, and the Baltics we are looking for an analytical and positive Operations Graduate to join our team. The Operations Graduate will support the Service Portfolio Manager and the Service Operations Manager in their daily work, contributing to the technical and financial success of the Operations in the area.
How to contribute to our vision
Support the Service Portfolio Manager and Service Operations Managers in their daily work, ranging from technical and analytical topics to strategic and organizational topics
Drive assigned internal projects within the Operations at SGRE AB SFB Service
Support operational business with deep analysis of agreements and contracts to limit contractual risks and maximize revenue
Hold a Key User function for e.g., Salesforce and other internal operational systems
What you need to make a difference
The ideal candidate for the position as Operations Graduate is someone who:
Holds an academic degree in Engineering (BSc or MSc) or similar. Experience within the energy sector or within consulting is a big advantage.
Possesses an analytical mindset as well as technical knowledge and interest, and a willingness to further develop her/his/their skills
Is an experienced user of MS Office and Office 365
Has strong IT skills and open to learn new IT tools
Is not afraid to ask questions and challenge themselves and their colleagues to reach the best results.
Is able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, orally as well as in writing
Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a multi-cultural business environment
For this position we mainly see that the applicant has 0-3 years' working experience, but we do welcome applicants with additional experience as well. The right candidate also has the possibility to develop into another position at the company within due time, based on interest, skillset and needs.
