Business partnering to ensure optimal resource allocation and savings
Key point of contact for regional and global Finance stakeholders

Own and drive strategic agenda and business deliverables, as key member of Area and Sweden Ops leadership teams
Manage accurate delivery of all financial reporting on time in fullBudget of P&L and cashflow
Actuals of P&L and cashflow
KPIs
Transfer pricing of products and services
Tax returns (income tax, VAT, excise, transfer price declaration, personnel tax and social fees, intrastat)
Bookkeeping and annual reports
Bonus calculations
Support business functions with all budgetary requirements and financial analysis
Owner of ERP and other financial systems
Support business agreements handling in line with requirements
Accountable for payments and bank account(s)
Accountable for compliance with internal and external controls environment
Fixed assets register and CapEx
Liquidity/cash management
Risk management and insurances
Administrating board meetings and general meetings
Drive information flow and alignment with regional Operations Finance team, in terms of all business planning metrics
Leasing cars
People Results:
Define clear roles and responsibilities within Finance team to deliver business metrics
Ensure a fit-for-purpose Finance organization, supported by efficient WoWs, meeting and communication structure
Strong focus on team capability development, talent and succession management
Functional requirements:
Relevant university degree within Finance
Min 5 years' experience in Finance, preferably in FMCG environment
Relevant knowledge in laws and regulations relating to accounting and taxation
Experience of accounting, incl external accounting and taxes
Experience of financial reporting within an international group
Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of Swedish is an advantage)
High IT proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems
Previous knowledge of a group reporting system is an advantage
