Are you an experienced Product Owner with an excellent ability to lead our tech savvy development teams, enabling them to continuously deliver value to our business stakeholders?
We are now looking to strengthen our team that develops and integrates applications and services in the Ericsson Private 5G product, with an Operational Product Owner.

Dedicated Network is part of Business Area Enterprise Wireless Solutions which ventures well beyond the traditional boundaries of Ericsson's core business. Demonstrating growth within global connectivity management, connected vehicles, industrial site connectivity, data, and network insights and security automation, we build customer and enterprise value. Our team has a key role in putting connectivity in a box, creating dedicated networks for our customers, enabling connectivity in mines, airports, ports and more. We have a huge focus on UX, putting that on the fore front of everything that we do.
What you will do
Own, prioritize and approve work done by your Scrum Teams, e.g. Feature User Stories, Quality improvements and Technical Studies
Align on EP5G Product level requirements and prioritization with Product Management
Align on needed Quality improvements with the technical leaders in the Application area
Manage internal and external stakeholder scope discussions
Enable and Coach the Scrum Teams to deliver incremental value to customers
Perform backlog refinement for the Application area
Perform breakdown of work for features that span across several development teams
Collaborate with other OPOs to manage dependencies
You will bring
Preferably 5 years experience working as a Product Owner within R&D
Excellent ability to understand both Business and Technology, and to use those insights to drive the prioritization of work
Excellent collaboration and scope negotiation skills
Proven leadership skills
Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management
A solid understanding of Lean and Agile development practices (e.g. Scrum)
A strong background in Software Development
A good understanding of IT and/or Telecommunication domains, including familiarity with the Ericsson product portfolio, is considered to be a merit
