• Welcome visitors and connect incoming calls.
• Manage specific projects and company events.
• Purchase of office supplies and order food and fruit.
• Assist with mail handling, courier and travel/hotel reservations.
• Prepare for meetings and keep conference rooms, kitchen and the common areas tidy and representable.
• Preparing simple breakfast spread every morning, fika on Tuesdays and AW on Fridays.
• Assist HR Team with administrative work.
• You will be based at the reception.
• Managing office vendors and agreements with contractors.

The Office Manager in Stockholm is a part of our HR team.. As an Office Manager you're essentially the heartbeat of the office. You will be working in the Stockholm office where we are approximately 130 exciting Magineers. You are someone who relishes in the opportunity to make the work environment thrive and help your fellow colleagues by assisting them in the daily office routines. As we see it, it brings you pleasure in making others happy.
This is a full-time position covering a maternity leave with start in February/March preferably. We will wait for the right person.
