Our Technical Sales Department plays a vital role in achieving this goal by supporting sales and delivering world-class technical integrations. We are now looking to develop this department even more and are looking for a talented, driven and Norwegian speaking sales person to fill a role as Implementation Specialist. Focusing on the Norwegian market but place in our HQ i Stockholm.
As Implementation Specialist within our Nordic Tech Sales team, you will ensure that the integration with new customers works in the best possible way. You are the person that makes the Klarna magic possible by taking the merchant live in our system. You will play an important part both before, during and especially after our sales team has signed a new SME merchant in the Norwegian market. Before and during the sales process you work as technical expert. And after it's your responsibility that the merchant integrates with our payment solution as quickly and qualitatively as possible. So basically, you are responsible for helping our customers with both the technical and visual aspects of integrating with Klarna.
Who are you? In order to be really successful in this role we believe that you:
• Are fresh out of high school or taken the first steps in you career and probably have one or two years of experience
• Have an interest in technology and have the will to learn more
• Worked with some type of sales, preferably tech related
• Have a high energy level and a great drive to really get things done
• Have a preference for working towards, and exceeding, set goals
• Likes to work in a high pace environment
• Speaks and writes English and Norwegian fluently
