We are now looking for a Nordic Teamleader to our service department in Kungens Kurva. This person will establish, maintain, develop and control a cost effective service concept for Living products within Panasonic Nordic.

The main tasks will be:
• Manage a nordic team of staff for product returns from mass and independent retailers
• Manage processes for credit and disposal of returned stock
• Handle insurances, write off and stock control
• Maintain and improve the service relationship with key retailers in partnership with the sales team.
• Management reporting
• Be the Nordic representative in the service network
• Review and create new contract's
• SAP key user - create and maintain key reports

The person we are looking for have good technical and economical understanding as well as knowledge of Sales Act and Consumer Sales Act in national law. SAP knowledge on a key user level is preferred. Good knowledge in English is essential (both written and spoken) and knowledge in danish is an advantage.

As a person we expect you to have good communication and cooperative skills.
