MultiMind is looking for two Recruitment Consultants, one Finnish-speaking and one Danish-speaking . The position is full time at our office, located at Kungsgatan with immediate start!

The Role As a Nordic Recruitment Consultant, you will take your own responsibility to identify the best candidates for various recruitment and staffing assignments.
Your ongoing tasks will mainly include:
Phone screening different candidates to find the best
Review applications and find the most suitable candidates from our CV databases
Proactively find talent through relevant channels (e.g. social media)
Plan, book and hold interviews with candidates
Create, maintain and manage job ads
Go to client meetings with Staffing & Recruitment Managers
Be a support function for consultants who have questions that need to be answered
Independently driving processes and having contact our international partners / customer
As a Nordic Recruitment Consultant, you will be in charge of sourcing either Finnish or Danish speaking candidates, including relocation from Finland or Denmark.
Your profile We are looking for a person who is flexible and prepared to handle the different situations that may arise in a changing and expanding industry. Because the role contains both administration and many outgoing contacts, you need to be structured, self-motivated and social. You enjoy managing multiple processes at the same time and delivering under pressure. Furthermore, you have good system skills.
In this role, your personality and drive are most important, but we are looking for candidates with following background:
Have academic education, preferably in economics or business
Has previously worked in the staffing industry or similar service industry
Has a genuine interest in diversity issues. It is an advantage if you have experience of other cultures, for example by working or studying abroad.
You speak fluent Danish or Finnish . Given our niche, it is a great advantage if you have knowledge of any of the other Nordic languages, but it is not a requirement.
You are an outgoing person who likes to work together to achieve group goals
