Change Management focused HR Business Partner
This role is responsible for the day to day management of the HR function and processes to ensure the organisation is provided with a professional HR service which is in line with the business and HR strategy. The role reports to the Managing Director.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• This role acts a key member of the management team
• Developing and sustaining strong business relationships with partners to become a trusted advisor, participating in regular discussions with Managers on all people related needs, such as employee relations, reward and recognition, retention and people development etc.
• Coaching and training towards managers and employees.
• Being responsible for HR change management projects.
• Competence management such as Talent management, Performance management and Succession planning.
• Ensure that business performance moves forward, taking into account corporate and social responsibility and ethical values as an employer.
• Being responsible for the HR platform, including policies, legislation, labour law and collective agreements as well as union negotiations.
• Handling of budgets within agreed timescales, reducing costs wherever possible by negotiating agency fees and similar.
• Ensure consistency of approach across all business units to deliver harmonious employee relations across the company, ensuring HR delivery against robust policies and procedures and operating guidelines.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience with a good understanding of fundamental disciplines (recruitment, reward, development and employee relations). You are fluent in Swedish and have an excellent command of English, verbal and written. You have a degree in HR Management (or equivalent) with relevant experience of professional services ideally gained in large partnership. Your knowledge of employment law and employee relations is high.
Advanced computer proficiency is needed, particularly in MS office. Experience and accreditation in administering psychometric assessment tests is highly desirable.
As a person you are solutions orientated in responding to business issues and have a commercial mindset. You are driven and self going, make things happen and enjoy working in a changing environment. You have the ability to liaise and have credibility with senior management. You have excellent influencing skills with the ability to build networks and relationships across the business. You are hands on and able to be tactical as well as a long term thinker and planner.
