We are looking for people and characters who see our guests

Work responsibilities

You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

You are in charge of the night shift and to providing our guests with a genuine and personalized service. Your tasks includes; billing, making reservation, preparing next day arrivals among a lot of other things. You are leading by example and are working together with the team towards reaching goals, such as becoming number one on Tripadvisor and Loopon. The job comes with great responsibility and the working hours is during nights.

Background and personal characteristics

You are an organized team player who thrives to motivate and inspire your team to meet all guests with a fantastic welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,

• We believe that you have previous experience working nightshifts

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, additional languages is a plus
• You have a colorful personality and some people might call you a hospitality genius
