Purpose of the Job
The role is overall responsible for the "Asset Management" process in the company's EAM software for vehicle maintenance and new contracts in the Nordic region. The aim is to assure the lifecycle management of physical assets to achieve the stated outputs of the business, by providing support and train Alstom Maximo users as a Key User and Process Owner.
The position is part of the Service Product Line - Industrialisation Method & Integration Process and impacts all Fleet Maintenance project Execution and Financial Performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and continuously deliver a quality-assured process for "Asset Management" in Maximo as Alstom's EAM system harmonized with the customer's tool FORD.
Provide support to internal customers in the mapping of the "Asset Management" process and management in Alstom Maximo for FMS and PI depots within SER Nordic as well as new delivery projects within the Nordic region.
Create Asset Management structures in Alstom Maximo for FMS contracts and new vehicle contracts.
Drive the usage and implementation of the Alstom Maximo standards into our local teams (planners and service staff at all depots) and locations across Alstom Nordics.
Work with Services Product Line - Methods & Process Integration, other Key Users and IS&T to help ensure that our Alstom Maximo users get the best results by using the tools & process in a standardized and correct way.
Key requirements:
Basic technical competence at least equivalent to a University Engineer or Technical High School and 10 years ALE in Computer Science or equivalent area
Experience in IS / IT (product development, configuration management.)
Experience of and detailed knowledge of MAXIMO (IBM).
Experience in "Asset Management" and configuration management
Experience in SAP and fundamental SAP understanding for one or more of the modules - FI, CO, CS, MM, PM, PP, PS, QM, SD, WM
Documentation and reporting skills
Trainer experience or skills or the ability to train others
