We are looking for a person who can fill the role as Master Data Coordinator (W/M), reporting to the European Product Data Manager. This role will be part of the European Product Data Team located in Gothenburg.
The European Product Data team is accountable for the delivery of high quality master data to SCA Supply Chain processes and external partners for all our articles.
The Master Data Coordinator role is an important function and to be successful in this role you need to have a combination of skills that include good understanding of information systems and supply chain.
The recruit will be dedicated to take full responsibility and manage a part of the article assortment, but as part of the team the work tasks and responsibilities will be shifting at times to meet our common goals.
Location is Gothenburg but for the right candidate there is a possibility to be located at any of our plants in Europe.
Main Tasks
Create, amend and delete Master Data
Review and respond to enquiries related to master data, taking a decision or escalating issues, concerns or risks as appropriate
Ensure adherence to /compliance with in- and external master data policies and procedures/guidelines and strive to be the process champion (article creation)
Perform regular data reviews, identify issues or improvement areas related to data handling, perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement activities to safeguard data quality
Calculate and follow-up on KPI's, and perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis
Provide documentation of work procedures to manage relevant processes
Develop and deliver master data trainings for business counterparts to ensure appropriate involvement and understanding of Master Data processes
Support and co-operate with Business Data Users and other stakeholders on request
Report system incidents and request system improvements to IT; represent business in system change activities including taking the lead in system testing and business verification
Contribute to projects and initiatives related to relevant master data, challenge the status quo and identify new opportunities. Ensure success of Master Data component in each project
Main Tasks and Responsibilites
University degree with logistic or system profile or equivalent within relevant practice
Some years of industry experience: information systems/supply chain
Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel and Master Data Management
High proficiency in English
Technical writing and end-user documentation skills
