hela Sverige We currently have an opening for a Master Data Coordinator position at Volvo Construction Equipment with a flexible location: Sweden (Gothenburg or Eskilstuna) or in Belgium (Brussels).

The master data coordinator will:
Define and analyse functional business requirements with the different key users in order to implement big Master data changes (re-organization, new business model, new dealer structure, ...)
Facilitate meetings and workshops to come up with common solutions covering all functions needs
Propose solutions to improve the current Master Data and Data Quality processes and content
Design the architecture, document, coordinate, test, write change requests to our master data management solution etc.
Taking this position, you will belong to a global organization with colleagues sharing the passion for Information Management and you will be a Bridge between the Business and our IT Partner.
You will have the possibility to develop your network and knowledge within the Volvo Group as you will interact with different parts of the organization such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations and ITS.

Wanted profile:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Work Experience: Junior profiles accepted - any relevant experience is a plus
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Data eagerness: understands how data is turned into information and knowledge and how that knowledge supports and enables key business processes
Thoroughness with helicopter view: ability to first dive deep into the detail to gain full understanding, but also return to the higher level and document and communicate complex findings in a clear way
Communication for Results: Easily expresses technical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions orally and in writing
Others: excellent written and spoken English, expertise with Microsoft Office components, ability to work in a multicultural environment. Project coordination is also an asset
