As Marketing Scrum Master you direct teams, ensure that organization goals are attained, implement and monitor the progress of all marketing projects. You will work as an Agile management expert, applying Scrum in a marketing organization, communication and interpersonal abilities, leadership, proactivity and self-motivation. You will in addition be directly responsible for the execution of specific campaign activities across departments to develop and optimize usage of current channels and identify new channels to increase our customer experience.
In the role as Marketing Scrum Master you will work closely with many stakeholders across different cross-functional team in a diverse environment with local, regional and global colleagues, to embed the agile way of working and ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, optimized, measured and reported.
Day-to-day responsibilities
• You also execute, monitor, optimize, and report on multichannel campaigns and activities
• You facilitate reviews, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, sprint- and planning sessions.
• You ensure that team members take joint ownership for realizing value and that they commit to clear and common objectives and customer promises.
• You are a strong team player who enables and challenges the agile team members to cherish collaboration and develop them individually
• You are self-steering, proactive, organized and have the ability to determine independently what needs to be done
Requirements
• Digital native with experience from a marketing agency or a marketing department
• A University degree (minimum Bachelor)
• Proven hands-on experience and a strong track record delivering successful digital marketing tools and communication solutions to relevant customer groups
• Deep knowledge of Agile Principles & Methods preferably w. a Scrum certification
• Solid experience in leading teams and projects, with and without disciplinary responsibility
• Ability to work in a complex setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both in local language and English.

About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run until September 2020.
