The main functions will lie in leading our marketing operation but also with strong influence for brand identity and position us as a leader within using the threat intelligence as an advantage of being ahead of the threats. Attention to detail and creativity are key skills. We are searching for somebody passionate about developing and pushing the boundaries of the message that we can deliver across all our channels.
To achieve your goals you have a marketing team of four people where all have different responsibilities but also work as a team and help each other out with what needs to be done. It means, that in addition to making and carry out the best marketing activities and depending on your skills, experiences or other interests ,you can work with business development together with our valuable vendors and internal experts, account based marketing, marketing automation and much more.
We are working very close with our global marketing team and other countries in the group; especially our neighbors Norway and Denmark. In other words: you will have a lot of internal support, and your career opportunities have no limits.
What will you do?
• Together with business operation, regions, CTO create a strong marketing message and plan
• Manage all aspects of marketing operations related to that plan
• You will, together with your team, define target audiences and how to reach them in everything from ads to events
• Support business development and create go to market plan and message for focus areas
• Monitor business goals, activities and performance related to marketing plan
• Monitor and track key performance indicators
• Analyze data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize performance
• Provide reports for management
• Manage and enhance relationships with vendors
• Create content together with our internal CyberSOC, security research, solution architects, CTO and many more
• Be the Swedish contact for global marketing and coordinate the activities
• Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities
• Manage the marketing budget
• You will assist your colleagues with defining attractive and powerful content/presentations
Requirements
• Experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
• Experience in cyber security and understanding of a threat intelligence approach
• Strong in reporting and analytics/data driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong leader skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
Previous experience
An education from marketing is ideal. Experience within marketing and content creation in general and cyber security communication in specific is a must.
