Who you are:
A metrics driven, insanely creative, hardworking marketing specialist with a drive to turning offline and digital consumers into buyers.
What you will do:
In time, build out a team, cultivate and grow our internal digital capabilities
Drive the strategy for our B2B and D2C channels, improving conversions through SEO, paid search, display, re-targeting, email marketing, and content optimisation, including social
Develop and execute the advertising and product marketing strategy for our eCommerce site, and marketplaces, promotions, content management, and digital advertising tactics
Manage the overall advertising budget, campaign and mix analysis and optimisation, consistently meeting/exceeding ROI targets and revenue goals
Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for executive leadership
Perform on-going competitive and market analysis
Collaborate with product managers, and the US & UK marketing teams to develop and execute product promotion plans and share best practices
Oversee the overall content plan and execution to help drive traffic
Assist the Nordics teams with marketing requirements for events, PR, and collateral
Requirements:
B2C digital advertising experience, with a proven ability to convert digital impressions to product sales (automotive experience a plus)
SEO and Paid Search experience
Experience managing an eCommerce site with a proven ability to utilise performance metrics such as analytics and search console
Multi-property product content management experience, with the ability to optimise product content consistently and effectively
Social Media community management experience
Experience planning, buying, and managing ad campaigns
The job:
We are offering a 60% work hours to increase to 100% over the year along with project development.
In Partille we are a team of 11 people working with everything from Finance to Logistics. We are growing and you will be the first part of our very important marketing team in the Nordics.
