Daniel Hjort, our Director of Marketing and Business Development, is looking to strengthen the global marketing team with an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator, to join us in our Stockholm office. This is a permanent position and it is open to all applicants intending to relocate as soon as possible.
About the Team
You will join a team of talented marketing colleagues based in Stockholm, Berlin and Paris, who's mission it is to define and manage our brand, ensuring a constant flow of current and strategic content. We collaborate close with all other business units within the company to identify, anticipate and satisfy our customers' needs and wants. As a small team we work very closely together, ensuring that we always support each other.
What will you be doing at Nexus
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for all our Swedish content alongside other administrative tasks, ensuring the overall functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
You will also be organizing promotional events (traditional or digital) and attend them to facilitate their success. Among other things you will be creating event invitations and event lists, arrange with accommodation, coordinate with exhibitions/tradeshows and sending materials for booth setup.
You will also do creative things like:
• Work with and maintain our Marketing automation platform: creating and documenting workflows, setting up automation emails, answer any general questions from Nexus sales team etc.
• Work with the websites: creating event landing pages, adding partner pages, creating posts, draft new pages, coordinating translations & adding new content.
• Support in preparing marketing and advertising strategies.
• Plan and organizing promotional presentations.
You will work with: Wordpress, Pardot, Salesforce, Leadfeeder, Smarp, Yammer, Powerpoint, Acrobat and other platforms.
Who are you
To thrive in this role you should enjoy to work in a fast moving organisation where you really can take ownership of your day-to-day tasks. You like to structure your work so that you can adapt quickly to changes and new directives and still manage multiple projects at once. It is important for you to not keep doing the same thing as yesterday, instead you like to stay openminded, staying on-track and up-to-date with new marketing approaches, channels, platforms etc.
We are looking for a person with a few years of experience working within marketing, and/or a degree in marketing or business. Knowledge and understanding of how the B2B market works and/or some firsthand experience with project management is a big plus.
To succeed as a Marketing coordinator at Nexus you should also have a collaborative mindset and cooperate well with all parts of the organisation. You are unhindered in both Swedish and English.
