hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Star Stable Entertainment AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Marketing Content Producer (parental cover for a 12- month contract) to help our team take our in-house Creative Studio to take our marketing to the next level!
As a Content Producer at Star Stable Entertainment, you will be accountable for leading the production of consumer-facing campaigns, concepts, and paid media creatives.
In this role, you will be working closely with Campaign Management and the Marketing team's Creative Director while leading the work of Marketing Creators spanning from Graphic Designers, Copywriter, Video Content Producers, and freelance creators.
Ultimately, you will oversee the planning and production of prioritized marketing initiatives to ensure we deliver creative assets to meet our objectives while reporting to our Marketing Creative Director.
What you'll be doing:
• Accountable for the team's delivery of Campaign key assets and Concepts
• Team up with Creative Director and Campaign manager to develop creative briefs and ideas that resonate with our target audience and meet our objectives
• Support the creators in our Marketing Creative Studio with strategic planning, ideation of tactics, and coaching/feedback on execution.
• Drive the day-to-day operations of marketing assets production and delivery, using your expertise to develop efficient ways of working.
• Research new channels, formats, and tools to fit campaign ideas
• Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
• Arrange and/or facilitate workshops and meetings for collaborations with other teams, internal or external.
• Inspire team and collaborators to produce creative campaign assets that take our marketing to the next level
Who are you?
Our ideal candidate has strong project management skills, is comfortable with stakeholder management, is a problem solver, and possesses the soft skills to lead and energize a team of creatives. You have a board vision and can break it down into execution to ensure efficient deliveries.
We also think that you:
• Have at least three years of experience working in a similar role.
• Have excellent operational experience with a desire to continuously improve processes to drive more efficient planning and delivery.
• Has experience in different channels and formats best practices and know-how to stay updated on the latest trends.
• Has experience working with the content used in digital and video advertising channels.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• If you have experience facilitating creative workshops or a background working with content and brands that connect with a younger female audience it's considered a big plus!
