Tasks & responsibilities
• You work with internal and external communication.
• You work with internal events. At customer events you work with our sales staff.
• You maintain and update product publications,
product presentations and distribution of newsletters.
• You are responsible for our switch board, the general e-mail and the internal and external correspondence.
• You are responsible for office supplies,administration and meeting assistance.
• You are an important person that improves our company profile with your professional appearance, well working office and conference rooms and customer reception.
Candidate requirements
• Grammar school or equivalent.
• Computer skills: MS Windows, MS Office.
• Languages: Swedish and English fluently,
German and or Spanish is creditable.
• Experience from market education and / or experience
of similar position.
• Experience from export industry is creditable.
