Every minute we close hundreds of deals for our partners around the globe. We are the preferred partner of some of the world's most prominent travel companies such as Booking.com, Google Flights, Skyscanner and Kayak.
About the role
You will play a key role in supporting and coaching the team to think outside the box. You want to drive work and the team in finding opportunities of improvement. This team works to make sure we keep stable inflow on our internal queues and do a lot of analyses and follow ups to make sure we follow the correct settings.
We want you to have an analytical mind and like to see how you can support the team to make flows more efficient and at the same time keeping quality and consequence in mind.
Your main responsibilities include:
Scheduling short-term planning as well as long-term planning for the team.
Real time management - steer resources hourly if needed
Monitor data and statistics closely and do follow ups in order to maintain our automation degrees
Drive findings of improvement of related to the ticketing process
Work closely with other managers and departments
Drive improvements within our daily routines and other processes
Give guidance to the team, coaching and provide feedback to make the team grow and evolve
Daily contact with the team members and handle personnel related issues.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You enjoy being in a supportive role, and thrive by making others succeed in their roles. You are someone who likes a flexible and changing environment and it is important that you like coming to work not knowing what the day will look like.
You're also:
Analytical - with the ability to be both detail oriented and to see the bigger picture
Structured and used to coordinate different tasks
Have a background within the travel industry and ticketing area is considered a plus but not a must.
Strong leadership skills - experience is meritorious.
Excellent skills in English is a must - and Swedish is considered a plus.
