Aftermarket Service Department
The aftermarket for the Hägglunds products and drive systems, including maintenance, repairs and spare parts, is an important and growing business area. Through success in the aftermarket, we want to strengthen cooperation with customers and thereby stimulate new business and further enhance our competitiveness.
We are therefore currently seeking a Spare Parts Manager. As manager for this area you will be responsible for business development and growing of our spare part business, where an important aspect of the customer value is high availability. You will work together with your colleagues on adapting and customizing the product line, inventory control, documentation, pricing and product packaging with a constant aspiration to create greater customer value with our spare parts supplies. The position involves working closely with purchasing, logistics, production, R&D as well as with our Country Units around the world.
Background
You shall have a university degree, preferably in logistics, finance, engineering or similar. Several years of work experience in manufacturing industry, ideally with experience in spare part management, logistics or production, is needed. You have previous experience in a leadership position. Experience of change management, inventory control and logistics is desirable since fast reliable delivery is a priority area for continuous improvement. Fluency in English is a requirement. You should be customer-oriented and enjoy working independently to achieve targets together with and through your team. You are motivated to build and promote development of both staff and the business.
