As a manager at Radio Solution Systemization at Systems Management you will lead a team with the responsibility to ensure that proper systemization is being done on the Radio Products, in early phases as well as during the product development phase.

This is mainly done by ensuring that the projects are staffed with proper competent System designers and leaders and to ensure that the Kanban masters have proper environment.

Other responsibilities of the team may be running governance for Systems Management globally, working with the Radio Technology strategy, ensuring proper tools set up at system management.

As a manager, you will report to the Head of Radio Solution Systemisation at Systems Management at PDU Radio.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering /Engineering Physics or similar.

Proven strong Leadership skills.

A strong R&D background, understanding the challenges in an R&D organization.

Experience from and understanding of the challenges in leading radio systemization work.

Deep understanding of the challenges in systemization of Radio Products.

Deep knowledge in the areas of RAN systems and how the radio products tie in to form a functional RAN.

Deep insights in the evolution of Radio.

A good contact network within R&D, with Strategic Product Management and with Business Management.

Proven Change Management ability.

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and create structure from loose ends.

Experience from driving innovation in early phases.

Experience from working as a designer in R&D.
