Understanding the value and impact of properties on a customer level is the key to guiding the development work in finding the best solution for our Bygglåda.
Properties are also central to secure that we develop the right solution for every brand's needs and maintain brand differentiation and identity when we move to one common Traton Bygglåda for all brands in the Traton group.

Role and responsibilities
The mission for Property Management is the ownership of Scania's Product Properties and to continuously strengthen and develop the property work. Scania methods will be used in the Traton group when we develop our common Traton Bygglåda and one important part is to take lead and implement the property work in the Traton group.
You have the overall responsibility for ensuring the time and quality of the group's deliveries and for constantly challenging and improving your group's work. You will coach and develop a group of experienced employees, mainly property owners.
As the work takes place at the interface between market and product development, close and good cooperation with the market organization and R&D is required. You also work integrated with corresponding functions within the TRATON group. Your role is central to Scania's product planning - everything we do starts and ends with the customer.
As a member of the section YDM management group, you actively participate in the management and improvement of the section's work.
Your profile
You have a good knowledge of product development and a great interest in our customers and their needs in combination with a good ability to lead and develop operations and staff. As the responsibility covers all technology areas and the complete vehicle, you need to have good knowledge about Scanias products and it is an advantage if you have knowledge about Scania R&D.
The role places high demands on initiative, independence and flexibility. Previous experience in managerial / leadership roles is an advantage.
You have good strategic thinking with a holistic view and a full-vehicle perspective. As a person, you are positive, driven and communicative.
