Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Manager of Join, you will lead the team responsible for creating an outstanding first impression and a seamless transition from candidate to colleague across H&M Group. You ensure that the entire Join experience end-to-end - spanning talent attraction, recruitment operations, pre boarding and employer branding - ensuring it is modern, scalable, digital and fit for a fast moving, global organisation.

This is a senior leadership role with broad scope and real impact. You combine hands on operational expertise with the ability to lead leaders, drive change, and deliver results in complex environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and develop leaders and specialists across Recruitment Operations, Employer Branding and Consultant Acquisition
Drive operational excellence within the Join area, ensuring consistent, scalable, and digital ways of working across brands, regions and colleague segments
Planning, prioritisation, and delivery of key recruitment and talent attraction initiatives including global digital implementations such as system rollouts and process harmonisation
Strengthen recruitment processes and tools, securing data-driven, efficient, and colleague-centered solutions
Partner closely with leaders across the People Life Cycle team, Portfolio Brands, Regions and Group Functions to ensure business relevant, holistic and impactful solutions
Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline and digitalise the end-to-end recruitment experience
Act as a strong people leader and role model, empowering your team, creating clarity and fostering engagement through change


WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the People Life Cycle leadership team and report to the Head of People Life Cycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Central People Organisation, Brands, and Regions. You will also partner with leaders across Sales, Logistics, Production and Group Functions to ensure our Join practices support real business needs.
You will work closely with the wider HR Community and external partners to ensure our Join practices remain competitive and forward looking and aligned with our strategy.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone with:
Extensive leadership experience, including leading leaders and senior specialists
A strong background within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Talent Marketing, HR Business Partnering or similar areas, preferably in large and fast paced organisations
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Experience driving digitalisation and implementing HR or TA technologies at scale
A solid understanding of business operations, ideally from retail, logistics, or comparable environments, with the ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment solutions
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into clear decisions, improvements, and actions
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders and create clarity in complex settings
