IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The organizational environment
The work environment at Scania's IT department is international and our employees are representing many different nationalities and countries. The Department Digital Workplace aims to deliver digital workplace services towards all internal customers, enabling Scania's colleagues globally to be creative, productive and collaborative.
The section Success Services is a part of the Digital Workplace department. It consists of four groups with about 40 persons in total. The group that you would be responsible for - ITSM Business uptime - has the purpose to secure uptime in all Scania's business crucial IT services.
The team and the mission
As a Group Manager you will lead and support one of our four groups - ITSM Business uptime. The group is responsible for operating and developing the ITSM practise Incident, Problem and Change Management. The team consists of Incident Management Coordinators, Problem Management Coordinators and Change Management Coordinators.
There is a clear movement towards supporting more agile ways-of-working, with a greater emphasis on communication both internally and towards business.

You ensure your team 's ability by developing a self-organized team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback. Most of the team members have been working together for a long time, have long experience and are highly skilled in what they are doing
Your mindset & skills
You bring enthusiasm and have the ability to see people and their possibilities. You will also create preconditions for the team and enable development of innovative and cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value. It is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus. Furthermore, you have the courage to challenge existing ways of working and being creative in how you test these ideas.
We also believe you;
• Have experience in a similar role and skilled in ITSM, preferably in a large global organisation
• Are a natural servant leader with a passion and understanding for agile culture and knowledgeable in ITIL4 framework and ways of working.
• Are experienced in leading people through change and something you find both inspiring and rewarding.
• Are passionate about securing business uptime, and have good skills in stakeholder communication both in Swedish and English.
